With a growing number of Westmatic factory trained service technicians on the road, we can quickly be on site for maintenance, repairs, or training. Westmatic service technicians are typically supplied with service vehicles equipped with spare parts inventories for quick repairs. In cases where a unique part is not available on hand, we have a well-stocked central warehouse for next-day shipping in Buffalo, NY. 

Downtime is always prioritized. Your washer means a great deal to your operation, and we know this. Remote technical support is the first step to resolving an issue and Westmatic washers include free lifetime technical support as long as the washer is in service. Question? Concerns?
