Overlapping Brush Movement

The vertical brushes on the drive-through move into the center of the wash bay cleaning the front and rear with an overlapping movement. This eliminates any striping down the rear of the vehicle. Even though striping is most common with traditional vehicle wash systems that use pneumatic air cylinders.

Equipped with the latest PLC technology, Westmatic's wash systems incorporate advanced programming and control. All aspects of the system are constantly monitored and adjusted, ensuring the safest and most consistent results. Each system comes standard with an LCD touchscreen wash program selector, and step-by-step self-diagnostics and troubleshooting. We can also wirelessly remote into the equipment to help diagnose and program.

Clean and Green

Westmatic's drive-through will use less water, chemical and electricity compared to traditional systems. Our nozzles are designed and configured to use up to 50% less water, and our high-efficiency motors cost less to operate.

Compact Design

Thanks to their compact design/small footprint, our systems can reduce wash bay space requirements. The compact design of the wash system also allows Westmatic to retro-fit into existing wash bays where competitors cannot.

Ideal for Mixed Fleets

Westmatic HYBRID is a specialized large vehicle wash system specifically designed for fleets of mixed vehicles. The system is a 2-Brush or 4-Brush Drive-Through, with 2 vertical self-adjusting high-pressure spray manifolds. The HYBRID is capable of washing in a brush and touchless mode (in conjunction), or independently with brushes, or touchless.
